Importing contacts enables you to get all your current or old contact details and populate your contacts area within your account.
To import contacts:
Go to Emails & Automations > Lists & Subscribers > More > Import
Select a list to add the contacts to
Next, a prompt will popup asking you to agree that all contacts you are uploading is expecting to hear from you. Check the circle next to the agreement and click Import Now.
Choose the CSV file you want to import from your computer. You can download one of our sample files:
Match the columns from your file to the contact properties in your CRM and click Next. All your contacts will now be automatically added to your Contacts area.
Looking to import members? To import website members, match the "Create Member" property to a column with value "true", "yes" or "y". Use comma to separate contact tags or member groups.
